Dipl.-Ing. Miloslav Šašek, DipMgmt.

Dipl.-Ing. Miloslav Šašek, DipMgmt. is a graduate of the University of West Bohemia – Nuclear Power Equipment, Open University and a number of domestic and foreign courses and seminars. He worked as Project Manager for Central Europe at AGA GmbH. in Austria, as Director of AGA GAS Bohemia and then as Sales Director of AGA GAS Czech Republic. In 2001, he introduced the French company Air Liquide to the Czech market, where he subsequently served as Sales Director. Air Liquide is a world leader in industrial gases and application technologies. Since 2012, he has devoted himself exclusively to teaching, lecturing and consulting, where he capitalizes on his extensive practical experience in working with customers, in business and in corporate management. He cooperates externally with major consulting firms in the Czech Republic. He worked, for example, as a manager of CRM project development and implementation at ČEZ, a.s. He has also worked as a consultant or lecturer in KCM training, customer care system, business skills training, etc. for some companies on the Czech market. He also worked for several years as an Open University lecturer in customer relationship management. Since 2006 he has been teaching Customer Relationship Management and Marketing at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague. He supervises and reviews dozens of students’ bachelor and master theses every year. Since 2014 he has also been a lecturer at the European School of Business & Management. He is the author of a number of publications, professional books, university scripts, distance learning manuals and many contributions on the topic of customer relationship management, the role and function of KCM.
